close proximity to waterfront, easy drive to Astoria, paved parking
The noise from fellow guests climbing the stairs may disrupt your peace!!! Also, it would be a nice touch to have in-room fridges or TVs for convenience!!!

Pearl Inn exceeded my expectations. The house is beautifully restored, featuring cozy guest suites and inviting common areas. I loved the game room in the basement. we had a fantastic time playing pool. The hosts, Candi and Ken, were welcoming and offered great local recommendations. My room, the Queen Room, was clean and well-decorated, with a comfy bed. The location is prime, just a short drive to Long Beach and close to Cape Disappointment. I appreciated the coffee and tea stations available throughout the day. However, I did notice a lack of in-room fridges and TVs, which some might find inconvenient. Also, noise levels in the morning from other guests could be a challenge if you're trying to sleep in. Regardless, the hospitality and charm made it a stay to remember.
